What User doesn't like about Ichiban Japanese Restaurant:
It is a tired old restaurant that has been around for over 25 years. The decor needs updating.I found the food average, the service was poor - only 1 waitress to service the whole restaurant. Every year, we visit family in West Vancouver and have been going to Ichiban for over a decade. My wife used to dine at Ichiban even during her teenage years in West Vancouver. The sushi, including sashimi and Nigiri, is always fresh and delicious! We will definitely keep coming back to Ichiban.
