Caffe Artigiano - West Vancouver

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was fantastic. I ordered a white mocha and a hot chocolate, both of which were incredibly creamy and perfectly sweet. The croissant was deliciously flaky and buttery when warmed up. The staff were extremely friendly and even provided me with directions to the shopping center since it was my first time in the area.

Park Royal branch has the best chai tea latte and very friendly Costumer service. I definitely come back again .

Coffee is always good here and I’ve been coming here pretty much since it opened here in West Van. Like all over this globe we need to support our local businesses. Staff are very friendly and so am I ?I’m a regular.

The coffee is decent. We ordered two lattes, one of which was supposed to have egg milk, but when they arrived, they didn't specify which was which. It felt a bit like we were at McDonald's. The girl who took our order seemed to just follow the machine prompts rather than what we asked for. I almost felt like offering her a coffee!

I made the mistake of asking for a recommendation between the cardamom and rosemary latte. The girl behind the counter seemed completely out of it, possibly high. She couldn't even understand that I was asking for just one opinion about the drinks. After more than ten attempts to get an answer, she finally decided to ask her supervisor, who also didn’t grasp my question. Frustrated, I gave up. My friend and I were chatting and didn't realize it was 6 o’clock, which was closing time. The supervisor came over and, in a short, unprofessional tone, informed us that they were closing. There were still six other customers finishing up, and his lack of professionalism was astonishing. The place is lovely inside, but it was such a disappointing experience. By the way, the cardamom latte was good, but it cost $7.
