Contribute FeedbackOverall, Cactus Club received mixed reviews from customers. Some praised the good value of the holiday special, while others were disappointed with burnt food and rushed service. The dim lighting and loud music also left a negative impression on some diners. However, positive feedback was given for friendly staff, tasty food such as the Ravioli and Yam fries, and efficient service. Overall, Cactus Club remains a popular choice for many, especially for quick and casual meals.
Service was great and food was delicious! Happy hour has very good and affordable prices! Their new Brazilian drink is a must, is a mix of bacardi with kiwi, so delicious!
We went on Friday night. Food as always was great. To our surprise our waitress however completely ignored us throughout the meal. She made several mistakes with our orders, and when we asked her to correct them she didn’t apologize. She never brought water for us until we asked her. But she didn’t ask us how we wanted our waters and left quickly!! We also ordered a salad half way through our meal and she brought it when everyone’s food was finished. My friend asked for a box for that salad. She never brought a box!!! We then paid and she didn’t talk a word with us!!!! She had high heels, a midi black skirt, black top, and black eyes and hair. It was a celebratory dinner for us and she ruined it with her discriminatory attitude. She seemed to serve other tables very well, but she didn’t even talk to us.
I love the ambiance here than the foods. Of course foods were great too. I love the spaghetti and sechuan chicken lettuce wrap . But the yam fries was not fresh at all and it was less cooked. I realized it too late. And Baja fish taco was good as well. I will visit again before this summer ends. It is real great place to go with loving ones
Went on a Friday night. No wait time. Best Cactus Club in terms of getting a table quick. Ordered the lettuce shezwan chicken wraps- it was amazingly delicious. Prawn crunch rolls were amazing as well. Truffle fries and the dip were good as well. Service and ambience were great as well.
We had a fabulous meal on Valentines!2 could dine for $72. We had the lettuce rolls to start- fantastic, then I had my fave butternut squash ravioli with prawns, and my partner had the steak, very very good and decent service! Desert was the Lava cake, yum, yum, yum!
