One of our group wanted to introduce bubble tea to her cousin, so we actively sought a bubble tea location. Based on great reviews, we went and were not disappointed. Our group had vanilla bubble tea, coconut bubble tea, honeydew bubble tea, mango slush and more. I loved my honeydew tea (sans bubbles.) I even got a punch card because I will return, even though I live an hour away, and will make it another beach excursion for our family.

Didn't know I could find bubble tea in West Vancouver, let alone GREAT bubble tea.The staff were a husband and wife team that were very nice. The place was up to date, modern and cute. They also had these mango jellies filled with mango juice that burst in your mouth, They were Amazing! never had those before and only a 50cent add on.I got mango and peach green tea with the mango jellies, and my fiance got strawberry lychee black tea with coconut jellies. They were very generous with the jelly portion too.They also have an assortment of candy, kinda like 7/11 where you can buy it per piece ranging from 5cents to 25cents. I was super picky and asked for only the yellow dino's from the sour dinos and they lady didn't protest, she was so nice, spent the time shuffling through the container for just the yellow ones. Super sweet lady. They also have a loyalty stamp card, so I will definitely be back for more bubble tea on a hot day.Great selection of flavors that you can mix and match, and regular bubble tea prices! No West Vancouver mark-up. Love this place.

This place is still very good i'm not gonna lie, but since my expectations for bubble tea are very high right now, I have to drop this place to 4 stars.
