I really enjoy this A&W location as it’s very convenient for me while I'm shopping at the Park Royal Shopping Mall. It’s situated in the food court on the second floor, which can be accessed via elevators and lifts from both the ground floor and the top floor if you park your car in either of those levels. I love sitting in the food court and treating myself to an A&W Chubby Chicken Burger Combo. View all feedback.

I used a $7.49 voucher for a spicy combo, but I was charged $8.48 instead. The calculation should have been $7.49 plus a 5% GST, which totals $7.87. The final charge of $8.48 seems dishonest and is concerning. View all feedback.

The manager at Park royal location is so rude! She is always Moody, i ask if they make ice cream and she responded with sarcastic : do you see any ice cream at our menu ? Hahaha kind of funny how she can make you feel bad about being a customer and ask questions. But the food is good and cheap ...
