While I was waiting for my order in the lobby, my order was given to another customer by mistake. This customer ended up opening up everything and afterwards realized it’s not his order. He tried letting the employee know about it and she just put it back on the to go shelf. I wouldn’t have a problem with it if the other customer didn’t open everything. The manager pam really cares to make your experience at wingstop a great one. They have a lot of drink options.
We loved the wings, but is a must work on their customer service
We usually enjoy any trip to Wing Stop. It’s our favorite place to get wings. However yesterday, I had a really feathery wing in my to go order. And of course I understand that I’m eating chicken. A feather here out there is completely normal. But this wing has C 10+ feathers all over the side and it made me lose my appetite. A little more quality control would have been appreciated. ALSO. We ordered and paid for 2 of the wings for 2 meals, both with bone in wings, and one of our orders was bone … – show
Food was good rolls are great. Door dash delivered my order but I was missing some stuff. Delivery driver was excellent she beat the clock by 1 minute
Been waiting to try the new chicken sandwiches. Was not disappointed. Very satosfied
