thru was slow. but to be fair, it was top dinner 6:00 a.m. time, so it was not completely unreasonable. eating was fresh and I didn't feel rushed... could use a little more focus on the drive thru during the busy times View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
The lobby was gross. As soon as we walked in, we saw someone had dropped a bunch of ketchup containers on the floor, making the entrance messy. The tables were dirty and people were eating on the floor. We ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches but they were not spicy at all and very dry. I love the Triple meat bacon cheeseburger From Wendy's. Everything at Wendy's is so clean and the workers treat me like a human which doesn't happen alot. I'm so glad Wendy's is non-alcoholic too. Thank you Wendy's.??
Eat is good. the service is slow. they will have no one in register for 10 minutes at a time. Last visit I saw that 2 groups go because nobody commanded.
I made an order on the mobile app. the author argued with me, although I gave them all infos. I won't be back. I've never been interrupted by an almost food worker until today.

I typically don't have issues with this Wendy's but when I got home I found this severely under cooked hamburger. Crossing my fingers the one bite that I did take doesn't come with a side of food poisoning. Tried to go back with the proof and ask for a refund and was told I should come back tomorrow. I want my money back please.
