I visited the drive-thru around 10:40 and ordered a BLT. I had an incredible experience, thanks to a team member named Savannah, I believe. The customer service was excellent, and I would rate the employees 10/10. However, it would be nice if they could add a bit more Italian crumble and cheese to the bread. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
Today, I ordered two ham sandwiches with regular bread, but when they arrived at my house, I found that one sandwich was made with pita bread, filled only with lettuce and spinach, and didn't have any ham. What's going on with the order when you send something like this? View all feedback.
Ordered a salad in the drive through and they literally just tossed stuffed in a bowl and called it good. Didn't bother to cut it or mix it. If I wanted a sandwich without the bread and not all of the toppings, I would have ordered a sandwich with no bread or all of the toppings. I only have the use of one arm, so I can't cut and mix it, which was why I ordered something that would be easy to eat. Been calling for over an hour only to get a busy tone. Guess I will just go hungry tonight and will call corporate tomorrow. What a waste of time and money
Ordered through the drive-through. Got home to this nasty soggy sandwich. I even tipped the girls working…What a waste of money and time. Not toasted avocado smeared everywhere, didn’t get jalapeños turkey is hidden under 13lbs of mustard and mayo.. My 3 yr old nephew makes a better sandwich than this.
I came in and there was a line of about six people so I didn’t mind not being greeted. However in the span of 15 minutes in line the two people at the front managed to help a grand total of one person from start to finish. At one point the veggie/cashier person was just standing there waiting because the person assembling the beginning of the sandwiches was so agonizingly slow.I left.

Wow I just got a subway sub and the Manger Stacy made my meal and I told her I did not like alot of stuff on it so she showed and walk me threw the many options to be honest I never knew how good there subs where and thanks to Stacy I will be sure come in more I can't say enuff about how Professional she was even though it took me forever to decide what I wanted she never got irritated and was always happy and smile thank you Stacy have a great day
