I always come to this boba shop (3 years) and order the same thing — these people literally do not listen and when you ask for extra boba they will charge you but will fail to put it in your drink. This place used to be really good but since the last year or so they have not been making the drink right. Went in before closing and was informed they are closed when we had 10 mins to order. Then was informed by a worker that they have to close early due to training and that blenders were not working, but there were teenagers in there waiting for there orders and we clearly saw the blenders working. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Great boba at a great price! Fun shop with lots of other snacks.
