eating was in order, menu states combo comes with a biscuit, asked to confirm as it is missing from the journey through ordering several times. the personal told me that it is not part of the combo, paid extra for the keks (it was great, but not the price of one side for 1) I will only visit other Popeyes sites as this has let me down too often. Just a quick note: Having worked in fast food myself, I always try to be extra kind to employees. The food here is really good, but unfortunately, the staff are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I used to frequent this place during my lunch breaks, but now I've decided to drive an extra 15 minutes to a different location to avoid dealing with their disrespectful attitudes, even when I politely ask for things like napkins or extra sauce (I promise, I’m not one of those difficult customers). The last straw for me was when I saw what appeared to be the female manager spit in my food. I was so grossed out that I couldn’t even eat it; I just threw it away and left. Honestly, there’s no point in enjoying delicious food if the atmosphere is overshadowed by unpleasant staff. I really think the two women I interacted with should reconsider their roles in fast food.
After waiting 20 minutes, I decided to go into the restaurant. Unfortunately, I was ignored while two employees chatted nearby. At this point, there were plenty of chickens available in the holding area. Eventually, one of the employees came to the register, seemingly ready to take my order. I explained that I had ordered from the drive-thru and was told my food would be out in 7 minutes. I showed her my receipt, and she took it to the kitchen to speak with someone before returning and slowly assembling my order. Throughout this process, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. Then another employee rushed over to help put my order together more quickly. Finally, he handed me my food. The only positive aspect of this experience was that I received everything I had ordered and paid for.
I recently visited Popeyes for the first time at their location in West Valley, Utah, off 5600 West. I arrived around 2 PM, and it was clear that the lunch rush had already subsided. Unfortunately, the food seemed like it had been prepared two hours prior; the chicken was lackluster and the fries were not only cold but clearly old as well. Additionally, the person taking my order was unhelpful and frankly quite rude. I'm not sure if this is typical for this location, but I definitely won't be returning. If you're considering dining here, do yourself a favor and drive just a block further to Raising Cane's instead. The staff there are much friendlier and the experience overall is far better.
Malaria at the drive through window has butter finger with her long ass nails. Rude customer service.
They did not contain 2 items I ordered. Telephone number is not service. online is automated and not able to access questions that are not programmed.
