What ن doesn't like about Phở Cali:
There was only one waitress working at the time, but she was attentive without being too overly attentive. It would be nice if the wait staff was more knowledgeable about the food because any Asian restaurant will ALWAYS have customers asking what is in a dish before they order it. We both got the Pho Nam with brisket, it was delicious! Service was fast and friendly.

I can't comment on their food because they are VERY RUDE TO SERVE CUSTOMERS that I ran out of there
