Papa Johns Pizza - West Valley City

I've always ordered from this place, but my experience today was awful! The pizza was undercooked, with all the toppings sliding right off, and it was extremely overpriced! I won’t be ordering from here again.

I really enjoyed the service I received when I picked up my order. My 8-year-old commented that the lady who helped us was great. I just wish I had gotten her name; I think she might have been the manager.

I would give this place zero stars if possible. The manager, Chris, was completely unhelpful regarding the many mistakes they made with my order, one of which was delivering a pizza that wasn't even cut!

The pizza here is really delicious and reasonably priced. The location feels a bit sketchy, so I would definitely recommend opting for delivery instead of picking up.

The delivery service was terrible. They are lacking drivers and ended up sending my food through DoorDash without any prior notice. Consequently, Papa John's couldn't track the order or get in touch with the driver. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order because the driver didn’t speak English, and we couldn't communicate effectively.
