I arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 a.m. for breakfast and luckily the line was not too long. However, when I placed my order, the cashier seemed to be in a bad mood and was yelling so loudly that the microphone cut out and I couldn't hear properly. The staff at this restaurant is awful. I waited in my car for 20 minutes for my pickup order, only to find out that they hadn't even started it. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to receive my online order. The place was chaotic, with workers wandering around aimlessly. There were no apologies, just a quick handoff of my food before they disappeared. This restaurant definitely needs new management.
The wait times at this restaurant are extremely long. Customers have reported waiting up to 40 minutes both inside and at the drive-thru. There is often only one person working the counter, leading to delays in service. Orders placed through the app are not started until the customer has parked, preventing them from quickly picking up their food. As a result, customers using the drive-thru often receive cold meals. Despite visiting the restaurant over a dozen times, the reviewer still experiences frequent delays with their order. They hope that the restaurant can improve their efficiency and better serve the public.
They have to open the dunes, it is over 2 years since Covid-19 so they just open the escapade.
I only come here because it's convenient. They're super slow, I'm constantly feeling like they forgot me, there was even one time where they forgot I ordered and had to take my receipt back to remake my food after telling me to pull into a spot (drive thru They never take orders in the order they've pulled up, almost infuriatingly so. If the next McDonald's wasn't twice the distance, I'd go there exclusively.
Just went to order at around 9:25, the guy at the drive thru taking my order sarcastically told me “I’ve been working here for 4 months now and have been living here for 2 years now and they have never had that” because I asked him “do you guys have hot chocolate?”First of all I did not make that up as McDonalds use to sale hot chocolate.Second of all that attitude is not okay he did not have to be rude and sarcastic I never said anything wrong or or rude to him I didn’t even feel like ordering anymore, I just drove off.
