Kfc - West Valley City

I am completely speechless after my experience at this restaurant. It was a terrible place. I ordered a 12-piece chicken meal, but when I got home, I was shocked to find that the chicken was not fully cooked. The dough was still visible and the sides were undercooked and disgusting. As a result, my family went without dinner that night because I couldn't risk feeding them uncooked food that could make them sick. I called the restaurant to complain and the manager apologized, blaming it on a lack of supervision in the kitchen. They offered to replace the order, but I declined as I had no time to go back that day. When I returned the next day and explained the situation, they said they had no record of my complaint and couldn't do anything about it. I would never recommend this restaurant as they do not properly cook their food and do not stand behind their promises. It was a huge disappointment.

I'm not sure why I always give this place a chance, the huh is always so beautiful and this is nowhere as bad as the service. this trip to the example I sat open for at least 3 full minutes in the window with my eating at the window, they counted the fertilizers then before I even realized that I was there. I asked for extra honey and butter and was told to them that they only get what is already on the bag, 2 packages of each eating for a 12-piece family is enough, I guess? anyway, the trip to 4700 south and 4000 west, as it is much better.

I wish I could give them a negative rating. This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had at this restaurant. We placed an order on 4/23/2022 for 2 meals, but when we got home, they were incorrect. We tried to resolve the issue, but the person working there insisted that we had ordered correctly. They were not willing to make it right or make us happy as customers. Even if we were mistaken, shouldn't the focus be on customer satisfaction? Instead of arguing and telling us we were wrong, they should have just fixed the mistake. When they finally offered to correct the order, we were so frustrated that we decided to just forget it. If I had received what I ordered in the first place, I wouldn't have had any complaints.

Today, 03/30/2022, I had the worst experience at KFC. I had to wait behind two confused customers before finally ordering the Wednesday Special, a fried chicken meal. It took 5 minutes to reach the window, where I was then asked to move forward and wait an additional 3 minutes. After waiting for almost another 10 minutes, I decided to go inside and speak to the manager. She was reluctant to talk to me and seemed indifferent to my concerns. I politely requested a refund and vowed to never return to a poorly managed establishment like this one. The KFC in the valley is the worst, and I will be calling corporate next. I recommend avoiding this place. I would give it 1 star, but unfortunately, I am unable to rate it.

Well.. basically, everything tasted old. They're was no crispy chicken. Wtfuck! Lol but, did wasn't worth the $50. No paper plates.. biscuits were hard, af!
