Domino's Pizza - West Valley City

This is the absolute worst pizza franchise I have ever experienced. I ordered 3 pizzas online, only to have them never delivered and no explanation given. The email instructed me to contact the store to inquire, but no one answered the phone despite multiple attempts. My wife and I called 5 times and still got no response. I tried to give Domino's a second chance, but they clearly do not value their customers or provide adequate customer service. I am writing this review to caution others against ordering from them. I have also forwarded all the details to their corporate office and area manager. Down with Domino's Pizza!

I placed an online order for a pizza with extra sauce, but they ended up putting an excessive amount of sauce on it to the point where the pizza fell apart. Unfortunately, I couldn't even eat it.

This restaurant deserves zero stars. I placed a large order online for pickup, but it was never delivered and I was still charged. No one answered the phone when I tried to call. I sent two emails to them but never received a response. I had to physically go to the restaurant to pick up my order. I highly recommend avoiding this business at all costs if you want to avoid a similar experience.

I usually tap on the map at this place. Eating is always great. this time, 6/19/2022 I just tipped 7$ on the card and gave the john a 20$ CASH tip on top. eating was disgusting. my pizza had ananas on that which, surprisingly, I am allergic to all citrus fruits. also my pasta had no sauce on it and the nuds were burned. How to burn them? not order from here again.

Unacceptable! I paid almost $8.00 for a salad and as shown in the picture you can see how disgusting it is, I couldn’t eat it. The only reason why I gave two stars is because the pizza was decent. Need improvement before I will return.
