Chicken Express - West Valley City

Food is really good. It has been one of our favorite places. It has been couple of times when we find hair in our food. That is totally disgusting!

Put in an order to go for 8 meals and got 7. We called the restaurant and asked for some sort of solution, drove all the way back to the restaurant, and literally got accused of stealing. They said they “looked at the camera” and we got all the food we ordered. Completely unreal. We feel disappointed and insulted. Chicken is dry and not worth the hassle. How in the world would you be able to see on the cameras what happened?

I ordered the gyro plate. The rice was fluffy, not dry or moist. The gyro had flavor and was not oily. It is good for fast food, not an actual restaurant.

Wrong order, no sauce with gyro sandwich. Did not want to correct order or refund, ended up throwing food away and wasting money.

Sometimes busy other times not. I enjoy the chicken, although it is just rotisserie with no special herbs, and their Gyro platter and sandwiches, although missing the feta cheese which I think makes the sandwich. Plenty of side to fill you up for a decently price.
