I love this Zupas location. The staff here are always super friendly, and the manager, Melissa, is great she has a smile on her face even when cleaning tables or collecting trays, you can tell that she is a good leader because everyone under her smiles the same and appear to enjoy what they do and enjoy being there. Just a terrible experience. Quality was VERY low. I ordered four kids meals and the girl taking my order acted like no one had ever done that before. I ordered “Mac and Cheese” and “Tomato Basil Pasta” from their kids menu. Took 10 minutes of waiting before they got me the pastas. They are very nice their, I like you get to sample some of their soups of you want. The help is just as good.
I love these guys as food is always awesome and I feel amazing after eating their food.
Getting back to normal after all of these pandemic cuts in service.
