I rated this restaurant two stars a year ago due to the poor service I received. However, I am happy to report that there has been a significant improvement since then. Today, ZACH greeted us promptly and was very courteous and attentive. The food was not only hot but also delicious. Although there may be some delays, it seems like things are starting to come together at this place. View all feedback.

Second time now I have ordered a beef and cheddar and did not get cheddar or red ranch on my sandwich. Which is Crazy considering there was only one other car in line behind me) and I still got told to pull to the side and waited for 10 minutes for my food... View all feedback.
The food we received at the restaurant was cold when it was served to us. Additionally, they gave me loaded Diablo fries instead of the regular loaded curly fries that I ordered. The food had been sitting out for over 30-40 minutes, making the experience disappointing.
If you're going to offer me a sauce for my chicken nuggets, please make sure to provide it. I had to eat dry chicken nuggets last night because there was no sauce.
I had a tough week and on Friday, after getting off work, I found myself in a rush with little time to spare before I had to be somewhere else. As I left, my GPS predicted that I would only have 10 minutes to eat and leave once I arrived home. However, when I got back and opened my meal, it was incorrect. I quickly drove back to the restaurant and spoke to Tori, who was understanding, polite, and helpful. I understand that mistakes happen, and I believe a company's reputation is determined by how they handle such situations. Tori truly listened to me and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you, Tori!
The drive thru associate Dane was absolutely excellent! Super nice, repeated the order, ensured all my special requests were done. The food was good, too.
