Contribute Feedback What Richard Mitchell doesn't like about Rax Roast Beef:
I like Rax. If this one wasn't so skimpy, I'd gladly give them 4 stars. Other Rax seem to have nearly double the meat and topping on their sandwiches. What gets me is the Long John Silver's portion of this restaurant doesn't skimp. If they did sandwiches to regional standard and advertised it, they could probably double their sales. They are a niche market on burger row. View all feedback.
The food is excellent, and most of the staff are wonderful!
It's not a bad place at all. I would love to see more roast beef added to the sandwiches, though.
I enjoy Rax, but this particular location could use some improvement. If their portions were more generous, I would happily give them 4 stars. I’ve noticed that other Rax locations offer nearly double the amount of meat and toppings on their sandwiches. Interestingly, the portions for the Long John Silver's menu here are quite ample. If Rax were to serve sandwiches that meet regional standards and promote that, they could likely double their sales. They occupy a unique spot on burger row.
