Mcdonald's - West Union

I wouldn’t give this place a star at all if I didn’t have to in order to leave a review. Let me start out by saying I used to brag on this McDonald’s about 3 years ago. Everything was always fresh and put together well, not sloppy and cold. It absolutely shows that no one in this place cares about what they put out that window anymore. I can’t tell you the last time I’ve had anything hot or worth eating from there. They care more about drive thru time than they do about satisfying the customers. I’ve worked in the food industry for 15 years and I would never serve something I would not eat myself. I don’t have the heart to feed people nasty cold slop. The one and only time I ever made a complaint about something was today, hard cold chicken nuggets my son would not eat and I could not sit there and let them go to waste so I called and the manager was rude. I walked in to give the nuggets to her because she wanted proof they were nasty and that was fine but when I am not rude at all and I am still being polite through it all for her to just continue to be rude the whole time and still give me some chicken nuggets that were sitting there mind you there was no rush no one there at this time. Coming from a previous manager myself that was very poorly handled. Where is your customer service skills? Why would you not ask your team to drop me a fresh 10 piece nugget for the hassle of having to drive all the way back for a 10 piece like lady do you think I woulda wasted my own time and my gas with it being $3.50 a gallon if I was lying? I wasn’t seeking free food or a credit order. I even brought back your nasty nuggets. You guys need to do way better and a good start would be to learn some customer service skills and better team work and communication. Have a blessed day. ?

Love the frappés. Other day I got door dash and I don't know ..my frapp tasted way off. Thank u anyways McDonald's! I ordered from door dash I forgot you could get it delivered on McDonald's app. Now I missed out on my free points on the app ?Kid-friendliness: Always say kids having fun with the tables that glow ?

They messed up our whole order and when we asked them to fix our food and drinks they were very rude and dogged us like we couldn't here them and they got smart also and said for big order we tell people to come in that's how orders get messed when I ordered two frappes the Caramel I. Was not even half ful and was more loaded with whip cream when we told them no whip cream they argued with us and said we said extra when we didn't I don't suggest anyone to come to the West union location they are snotty and very rude individuals

They forgot 2 hash browns again. Didn't notice it until I got home, and didn't have time for the 6 mile trip to go back.
