This restaurant is amazing! The brisket was top notch, definitely a 10 out of 10. I have tried many other places, but none can compare to Young's. The prices are also very reasonable. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about J T's Stovetop Bbq Co:
-Pulled pork was very dry, no flavor really, no salt at all, no smoke flavor, I would guess it was cooked in a oven.-Brisket was the same, but it wasn't dry. Just had no flavor of any kind really. Seasoning goes a long way, and to get the fat to render like it should is only accomplished by long slow cooks with good air flow, which makes me think it was over cooked as well.-Potato salad was good-Baked beans were just normal.
