I never feel greasy after. I highly recommend it.

The owners, who hail from Greece, have truly mastered the art of preparing exceptional fish dishes.The star of the show was, of course, their fish. It was cooked to perfection, with a crispy, golden batter that gave way to tender, flaky fish on the inside. Each bite was a delightful burst of flavor, and the portion size was generous.The side of chips was equally impressive, with just the right amount of seasoning and a satisfying crunch. I couldn't get enough of them!What sets this restaurant apart, though, is the passion and warmth of the owners. Their Greek heritage shines through in the food, and their genuine hospitality makes you feel like part of the family. They took the time to offer additional free salad as well.In short, if you're a fan of fish and chips and crave a truly amazing culinary experience, this restaurant is a must-visit. The fish is so fresh (and lightly battered) and the baklava in unreal. Never had anything like it (very soft and moist). The customer service was by far the best part everyone is very welcoming. We will be back to try the Calamari and other items off the menu!

I always get fish and chips from almost anywhere when I see it’s on the menu, Johns fish and chips has taken the lead hands down. John’s is now a new all time favourite and a go to spot for me. That says a lot more than you may think just reading this review as I love fish and chips and have had many. Over the years, never have I been inclined to let everyone else know how great a place is. As the saying goes, a bad experience will have a customer tell 10 people. A good experience and they may only tell one. In this instance everybody deserves to know how awesome this place is. Whether it’s Easter Sunday, or family take out night, do yourselves a favour and give this place a try. You will not regret it.

Another thing, is if you are like me don't like the batter here there is a choice with getting it breaded so that's just another reason to check this place out it is the BEST fish in town and maybe even the best in Ontario! I love it anyone who I have taken ther, keeps going; Gota try it or you'll be missing out big time!
