Contribute Feedback What Dellicia Daniel doesn't like about Chili's Grill West Springfield:
I’m not a fan of Mexican food because I find it too spicy. Instead, I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta but asked for it without the spices. Typically, when I make special requests, I end up disappointed, but that wasn’t the case here in West Springfield. It was fantastic! The chicken was cooked to perfection. They had a great deal: three items for $10. The clam chowder could have used more clams and potatoes, but the... View all feedback.
Dinner with my dad and step mom from out of town. The waitress, wish I could remember her name was very accommodating. My only complaint is their online menu didn't match in store menu. They also did not honor their online coupons and specials. No reasonwhy. Just didn't. I give the waitress an A though. She could only do so much without management. The food was edible. Atmospherewas good.
The service was terrible. We waited at least 15 minutes for a server to show up. We ordered 2 drinks, they brought one and we had to remind them about the 2nd one. The dish that I ordered was incomplete, I told the server and she said they were workingon it but they never brought it. They were not silverware on the table. My kids spilled her drink and we asked for help butnobody helped. Terrible service!!!!
The wait time was longer than anticipated; we waited an hour and a half instead of the half hour we were initially told. We couldn't reach anyone by phone, as we were informed they were too busy to answer. Additionally, the food was not prepared properly—the sliders were undercooked, with a red center, and the chicken fajitas were served refrigerator cold, as if they hadn’t even been heated in an oven or microwave.
The food is excellent, but I’ve noticed two major issues every time I visit. Firstly, the tablets and buttons are consistently dirty and greasy. Secondly, the salt and pepper shakers often have food residue on them. I’ve left feedback about these concerns before, but it seems like they’re being ignored, as the situation appears to be getting worse. I really enjoy dining there, but I might start to avoid it. It makes me wonder about what other cleanliness issues might be overlooked in the kitchen.

The service was outstanding. I’ll definitely be adding this restaurant to my favorites!
