We stopped by for lunch and enjoyed the new outdoor seating area on the deck under the warm sunshine. The baguettes we ordered, one with bacon and Brie for my husband and one with prawn cocktail for me, were delicious and full of flavor. The pub itself is charming with plenty of interesting things to see inside. The outdoor seating area is clean and offers a lovely view overlooking a stream. View all feedback.

If you’re hungry and appreciate good food don’t go to this place, for drinks it’s ok, but eating there it’s a waste of money. We’ve had the carebbean pork and the beed bourguignon and both dishes were terrible, looked and tasted like canned food and you pay quite a lot for that. No seasoning, dreadful! View all feedback.
Correct village pub in a picturesque environment. should be used much more often. do not plan for normal opening times. it's a complete secret.
Big friendly little place with inviting atmosphere, can not beat open fire
On Friday night for drinking. the personal was super friendly and the atmosphere was beautiful. will definitely be back when I can.
Really good village pub. The landlord keeps good ale and there's a good atmosphere about the place. Would recommend!
Love love love this pub. Such amazing space and gorgeous use of it. Owner is a gem and can't wait for the finished renovation!!
