On a particularly hot day for some ice cream and customer service was exceptional. Pizza looks delicious – I say it better than most food chains out there: owners are very nice and inside is well furnished. Very cheap and very good! Yay Greg is back, the old Pizza Factory and so is the delicious pizza, wings and subs. Was not happy at all in 2021 with the food. I'm a happy customer again yum
It's a new spot, they are called pizza factory not borden rd pizza. It's really good spot, for a good price. Much better than the other pizza spots in the area
In the Buffalo area, it feels like there's a pizza spot just about everywhere you turn. However, instead of opting for the nearest one, we choose to visit Pizza Factory Ice Cream located at Borden Rd and French Rd in Cheektowaga. The crust is perfectly tender, and the sauce is both flavorful and generous. We love ham on our pizza, and there's plenty of it. It's definitely worth the trip!
On a especially hot day, I decided to treat myself to some ice cream, and the customer service was outstanding. The pizza looked amazing—I would say it's better than most of the chain restaurants out there. The owners are very friendly, and the interior is nicely decorated. It's also very affordable and delicious! This is definitely the place to go if you're craving great pizza and ice cream. Don’t miss out!
