Baskin-robbins - West Saint Paul

Baskin Robbins still has great ice cream. This new design combo with Dunkin Donuts is a great design, though it was a not tight with seating. Thankfully we were some of the only clients at the time. Mom was looking for the Rocky Road flavor, but unfortunately they don't have that any more. The bathrooms were clean and well kept. Overall a very good feel in this establishment. The young staff were friendly and helpful.

I went in here to buy a monster while waiting at metro PCS and it looked like this I didn?t realize it wasn?t in English and drank it. I went back to let them know that something was wrong with it and they did nothing. I went into the refrigerator and found three more of them pulled them out and gave it to them they looked at me like I was crazy. The one behindThe three that look like this was dated 2012 not 2013 and the expiration date was February 2022 not January 2021. I dk what I drank ?

OMG, I love Baskin Robbins ????????????. This is really delicious ice cream. My favorite is Winter White Chocolate but They do not have this season flavor but Love potion is similar. Thanks.

Good thing I checked! I ordered a birthday cake online 24 hours in advance, their policy request if you cancel or change your order to notify them 48 hours before order pick up. They could not complete my order, their employee that does their cakes called in, they did not notify me of this at all (if you want notice give your customers notice). I came into the store a few hours before pick up to check on the status of the cake, I was told by the shift manager that they could do it tomorrow or I could grab a generic one out of the display freezer. She walked away once I came back to the counter with a cake I picked out of the display freezer. In the 20 minutes I spent in the store I feel Management here needs to be re-evaluated, shift manager had poor attitude when dealing with customers and did not even try to make it seem like she cared. Her employees were scrambling to help people while she stood around and gossiped with someone.

I have been to this baskin robins location 3 times now and still have not been able to try anything from them. This will be the last time I try. I pulled in to the drive-thru at 7:18pm. There was no one in line. I waited 5 minutes before the young lady greeted me. I asked for a simple strawberry milkshake. She did not respond for another 5 minutes, but was laughing with her friend on tje drive thru headset before finally telling us we shut down our ice cream for the night. I asked if closing out almost an hour early wqs common. Her response was Excuse me? What? Can you please repeat that? Why don 't you just go away. Obviously I will NEVER be returning to this location and will be advising friends and family to avoid it as well.
