Ordered cookies for delivery. The driver NEVER SHOWED. So I paid, TIPPED (for what), and got precisely nothing. Called the store and no one calls back. I’ll take a refund and never waste my time with these folks again. Doordash is GARBAGE. Go in person or don’t bother rolling the dice for delivery where you pay and get nothing in return. They didn't offer the free chocolate chip cookie for the Kings promotion, only oatmeal. Extremely disappointing after driving 20 minutes each way with 2 boys that don't like oatmeal cookies. Won't be back. Asked for clarification and it's per management, not because they ran out
This store refuses to honor the free Chocolate Chip cookie the Kings give if an opposing player misses two free throws. They only offer whatever cookie they have that is not selling and they have leftover dough.
First time in Sacramento and knew it was the best choice to make a stop at Crumbl : loved the flavors and enjoyed every bite.
Staff was very rude. Wouldn't honor The Kings free cookie promo.
