Chipotle - West Sacramento

This Chipotle location has larger portions compared to others I've visited in the past. The large bag of chips was enough for three people. I requested extra broth, and they accommodated me without hesitation. I appreciated the quality of service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Overall, I will definitely return and highly recommend it!

I had the chicken bowl with salad, and I noticed some less-than-appealing bits in it. I've never had chicken that was so soft and tender it almost seemed undercooked, but I guess that’s just how it turned out.

We placed a $200 order for eight people, but half of the items were incorrect. We requested double meat and paid for Chipotle’s premium options, yet there were no double servings of steak or chicken in the tacos or burritos. The portions were very small. Additionally, no utensils or napkins were provided with our to-go order. Overall, we ended up spending an extra $40 without receiving what we ordered, and we are very disappointed.

I never had to worry about chipotle, but this place managed to mix the labels on two burritos (a vegan, one with hm). I am extremely disappointed and disgusting about the lack of care which is being taken to ensure that the recordings are properly marked, especially when one obviously pays attention to certain nutritional restrictions. I'll never eat here again.

Chipotle going down hill. Portion of meat just not worth it, asked for a side of meat gave me a salsa cup with 4 pieces of meat for $6.65, I said what I can buy 3 street tacos for that price, I thought some taco trucks were stingy, I hope people stop going to chipotle stingy rich people. If I owned restaurant ide give people the meat. And for the girl who served us, if you don’t like your job quit, smile when u serve people or get another job
