Long line, slow service, never any food in the warmers. I have been in there at different times of the day and samething every time. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
AWFUL RESTROOMS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I really wanted to believe my previous experiences were just isolated incidents, but unfortunately, that's not the case. This has happened three times now. The women's restrooms are absolutely filthy, with sticky floors and toilet paper scattered everywhere. The cashiers completely ignore you when you approach the register—it's as if they don't acknowledge your presence at all. The cashier who prompted this review even walked away from the register to chat with a kitchen worker without informing me of my total. I was left unsure if my order had even been processed. He still hadn't returned by the time I completed my payment, and there were four people waiting behind me. Hopefully, they received better service than I did.

Exemplary rudeness. The cashier didn't even acknowledge my greeting. She was preoccupied with her phone, texting while processing my order. Not a single word was exchanged.
