I really love this place. We’ve gotten a few wrong orders from the drive through but other than that the food is good and the customer service is good!
Best subway place I’ve been in. Workers are great and sandwiches is done
The last few visits here and multiple items have been unavailable and I’ve stood and waited until I am the last customer being helped. The service is terribly slow, especially compared to the other Subway in town.
We went through the drive through tonight about 30 maybe 20 minutes before close. They didn’t give us a receipt so idk the time. The girl who had medium length black hair was really rude to us, but we didn’t think anything of it bc it was late and she’s probably had a long shift. When we got home, and saw our sandwiches I was shocked! We both ordered cheese bread and got regular, we both ordered light lettuce and our sandwiches were crammed full of lettuce. Which seemed very intentional for sure. I did not get the advacado I was charged for. No onions when I asked for onions. I also asked for easy tomato’s and she stuffed my entire sandwich full! Not to mention it was drenched in ranch, soggy (not toasted like we asked) and it’s basically inedible. I know my order is complicated but we get subway multiple times a week from this location and they have NEVER done this. It seems like she purposely did everything we asked her not to. I will definitely be going to the other subway for now on
