Mcdonald's In West Pla - West Plains

It never fails that our order is wrong. They have you pull up to wait for your order cause they are cooking the fries and we get home and are Shor 2 orders of fries. We get ripped off every single time. I have let it slide because we don't eat in our car and we live 25 miles from town so I'm not driving back to have them fix it. From now on we will go next door and get our food from burger King. This is not a once or twice mistake its constant so we are DONE being ripped off!!!

The management yells at their associates and treat them really wrong and witnessed it.

I'm not sure why but they have every car pull up I have not seen them give one person there food at the window even if there is no one behind you they have you pull up just not a good way to run a business if u ask me

Nope I do not recommend,very slow,food was not cooked all the way. Couldn't stay to complain due to Dr. Appointment

My fries were old and hard and cold. Nuggets were ok warm. Long wait. No one says anything to greet you they only care about drive-thru and ignore the lobby. People left after minutes of no one taking order. And there was long line. Been 2 times both times it's been the same. They have a nice lobby.
