Dirty and rude owner. Place has rats, owner is a nasty woman and judging by the massive herpe outbreak on her lip, it's no wonder they are a dump. Off tha bone is right down the block and way more sanitary. I would never spend a dollar to fund this disaster, really she's a drunk.
