Taco Bell - West Palm Beach

Ordered food from the taco bell app because I find it easier when you customize your order. Everything was exactly how I Ordered it.

Sally is awesome! Such a vivacious and friendly personality is exactly what is needed these days during these strange times we live in. She immediately put me in a good mood with her pleasant and friendly voice when I placed my order in the drive thru lane. We exchanged pleasantries while I waited which was nice and she made sure to ask me if I wanted any of the Taco Bell Breakfast Sauce which I love instead of just tossing some of the regular sauce packets in the bag without asking me which one I preferred. I mentioned how impressed I was her her attitude and customer service skills when I read the name printed on my ticket. She indicated that the name of the cashier on my receipt Dalena H is her General Manager and that Dalena was responsible for training her (Sally). This location is very fortunate to have two such customer service oriented individuals working especially when it comes to the drive through window which can be quite challenging I 'm sure having to multi task and keep the mistakes down to a minimum and the speed of service consistent with what is required by Taco Bell. This location is not the one closest to my home but I will make sure and visit much more often whenever I am hungry for The Bell which is almost everyday I go for breakfast!

This location is still one of the best. It's been so for some time. The staff is properly doing their jobs and quickly also.

Food was hot and correct. Service was great and the place was clean. What more do you want? I prefer this location over MANY other locations.

The line was long but moved fast. The late night lady was nice and friendly, my order was correct, and my fit was fresh. Haven’t had good fast food in awhile. Glad I decided to come here tonight.
