After a long day, cancelled flight, and general drama... Morning breakfast empanadas are amazing. Ask for a little extra crema if you can. Staff were attentive and happy, friendly folk. Both PBI restaurants are owned by HMI (the other being pseudo-Irish pub, Rooney's). Tl;dr get the breakfast empanadas. View all feedback.
What Mason D doesn't like about Sam Snead's:
The southwest burger was okay but not worth more than 7 dollars. My girlfriend said the Caesar salad she's ever had in her life, and she eats a lot of salad. The service was good and the food came out fast and it's a cool place with a putting green but they close it around 5 or 6. If you're at the airport and you really need food this place will keep you alive on your flight. View all feedback.
The southwest burger was decent, but I wouldn't say it's worth more than seven dollars. My girlfriend declared it the best Caesar salad she's ever had, and she eats quite a bit of salad. The service was good, and our food arrived quickly. It's a nice spot with a putting green, although it closes around 5 or 6. If you're at the airport and in need of a meal, this place will help you survive your flight.
To start, this restaurant uses an app-based ordering system, which I’m not a fan of. My husband ordered a Bloody Mary, and I opted for a glass of wine. Unfortunately, the Bloody Mary mix was overly spicy, so we sent it back, and the wine was quite unpleasant, leading us to return that as well. We then decided to go with a burger and a beer. When the server brought us the check, the drinks we had sent back were still included. It took nearly 15 minutes to get this sorted out, and the server’s attitude didn’t help. To make matters worse, we had to eat in the airport’s waiting area, which was freezing! People around us were putting on their coats, adding to the uncomfortable atmosphere.

We received great service from Alysa; she was very attentive and friendly. We had a lot of time to burn before our flight, so we had some great conversation with Alysa. The mahi tacos were excellent! it was a very pleasant two hours spent! Thanks from Bob and Sue!
2.5 The executive chef's design of the dishes and their execution by the kitchen is adequate, but barely. Service is efficient and pleasant enough. And there is room to sit. But hard to overcome the kitchen's output. Perhaps the full menu is better than this weak post-COVID iteration. Not sure I will return to find out.
