Royal Sandwich Co - West Palm Beach

Been coming here for years. I’ll start with the good, the sandwiches are very good. However they have a tendency to mess up myself and my offices orders at LEAST every other time. In the past they have always been very quick to correct their mistakes. However recently a coworker when you pick up some sandwiches and the proceeded to give him a completely incorrect order. When we called tog eat this corrected the woman who answered the phone said that they would not be fixing it and we should have checked in the store. Guess you can’t trust the labeling that they put on their own sandwiches. So be ware and check your order before you pay/leave or they will screw you over.

This Place is Phenomenal!! Their Sub Rolls are nice and soft! I’ve been coming here since My College Days in 1991…I wish they would expand to many other Cites around South Florida!! Friendly fast-paced and organized Take Out Restaurant!! WE WANT MORE STORES

This sub shop reminds me of a defunct sub shop from back home (it was my favorite). Nothing fancy inside, good toppings and bread. But their Italian sub isn't legit. Salami and ham?! I mean come. on. man.

Great experience. I used to think that Firehouse Subs had the best and freshest subs, but Royal knocks Firehouse down to a good second in my opinion. The sandwiches are so FRESH and DELICIOUS!!! The parking is bad and the location is not the best, but the food more than makes up for it. Customer Service is excellent. NO COMPLAINTS FROM ME and I have been known to be hard to please.

Wow! After the terrible experiences I had with the Royals on Okeechobee Blvd, I decided to go back to the original on 45th St. I'm so glad I did. The owner was awesome, and my sub was even better. I will definitely travel the extra miles for this A+ establishment.
