If I could give them a star, I would. I tried to order food there several times and there is always a problem. I can never get my food. Today the manager said they had no whun. after a long wait in the line only that they say they don't have a huh. that is the worst service/restaurant ever. terrible that they're working there.

In this day and age everyone is pushing customer to a phone app. It reduces overhead so that you don 't need to pay a person to take the order and is suppose to improve customer experience by streamlining the ordering process. I ordered a special Hush Puppy Ship off the app. When I showed up I when to the sign that says Mobil Order Pick Up Here . The lady behind the counter bite my head off for jumping the line. Is it my fault for following direction provided by the establishment? Am I suppose to be a psychic to divine special instructions? How should I have known that I should have gotten in the ordering line? After all that my order isn 't even ready. What 's worse is that they have to make my order new. This is me showing up like 15 minutes after I 've ordered which if I had ordered in the established, I should have already walked out with it. I am a great fan of Popeyes. They make the best fried chicken. This time the shrimp was over cooked and rubbery. The batter was very way too thick. Basically all you can taste is the batter.

Waited half an hour and no signs of movement from the staff at the counter. Went through the drive thru only to be told the drive thru was now closed. Went back to the front counter and waited another 10 minutes before they even started helping the people in front of me. Popeyes makes some of the best chicken ever, but they offer the worst and slowest service by far.

Horrible service. I went to the drive thru and took 20 minutes!! Don't recommend to anyone

I really dislike how much I love Popeyes. I end up having a bad experience every single time. This time, I tried to avoid that by using the app to order ahead. I chose to pick up my food through the drive-thru, but when I got there, I found out that the drive-thru was closed. There was nothing on the app indicating this, and there were no signs posted outside. So, I ended up having to navigate my way out and back around the block, which was exactly what I was trying to avoid by ordering through the app! The food, as always, was delicious, but the overall experience was really frustrating.
