Soup was cold. Had to ask for napkins and utensils. Didn’t have baked potato tried to sneak us mashed potatoes.

Worst experience ever! Over an hour and a half wait for our food? We finally left and we’re told by the server Jerry than our food was ready!!! Yet he had no food. The manager never came over and I happened to see him as I was leaving. Response was I’m sorry? Gave me 2 gift cards for $20. Really all I wanted was the food we ordered. People seated after us all received there food right away? Would NEVER go back.

The service at the restaurant was excellent, with Zach attending to us constantly to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable. I was dining with my wife and three local friends, and we had a great time catching up. However, the food was disappointing. I ordered the Endless Shrimp and was only able to finish half of what was served due to the poor quality. The rice was undercooked and the shrimp was overly salty. I regretted spending my money here, as I felt it would have been better spent at another restaurant. My wife and I are loyal customers of Red Lobster in Toronto, where the food is much better cooked. This was our first visit to Red Lobster West Palm Beach and it will also be our last.

I requested sugar and sweetener packets, but they were clumpy as if they had been stored in a damp environment. The food was quite delicious; I tried the shrimp trio, the fish and chips (which only had one medium-sized fish fillet), and the appetizer of crab-stuffed shrimp Rangoon, which was excellent.

Although understaffed, as most restaurants these days thanks to the current Biden regime paying folks to stay home, all staff went over and beyond to offer very good service and fresh tasty meal. Thoroughly enjoyable experience!!!
