Palm Beach Brisket Bbq

The BBQ ribs are incredibly tender and delicious, and the brisket is cooked to perfection, practically falling apart. They have the best housemade sauces I've ever tasted! The fresh cornbread is delightful, and the coleslaw is just right. Plus, the staff is very friendly.

Valerie and the family provided fantastic service! The food was amazing. Since it was our first visit, we decided to sample a bit of everything. The brisket was excellent, as expected, but we were pleasantly surprised by how delicious the fried chicken was. The breast meat was incredibly juicy and tender. All three barbecue sauces we tried were outstanding.

Anxious to try this fairly new place, today was the day. Hungry for ribs and fried chicken. Ordered 2 white pieces, asked for baby back ribs. Got home, opened boxes, to find big fat ribs (slightly pink) . Torn into the chicken with the nice light coating, only to find meat was very dry. Ribs were nicely charred, but too fatty. Best thing in the order, baked beans that would make Boston proud. I tried it, now I know to stick to PA ribs or Duffy when the urge for baby backs hits.

I normally judge bbq by the pulled pork sandwich, but since brisket is in the name I had to try both ; Legit brisket. As in best I've ever had. Don't worry, pulled pork was good too. Big portions.

We ordered online picked up in person. Our first mistake was not checking our orders, since they forgot the ribs in the brisket and rib dinner plate. I got the half bbq chicken, and both dinners we ordered with macaroni baked beans. The chicken was over cooked dry, but the brisket was okay. The beans were good, the best part of everything I would say. The macaroni was odd, they call it Caribbean but I think it would be more fitting with Jamaican or Haitian food not traditional bbq. We probably won 't eat here again
