Mcdonald's - West Palm Beach

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My order was incomplete and incorrect, and the staff seemed indifferent. This is why McDonald's is not one of my top choices. However, they were open when I needed a meal, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it was a miss.

Drivethru was full, they parked me to wait for command. I gave the wrong order. I was waiting. then I went in to see where I was waiting. they gave me the same wrong order. I'll wait. they came back to me with wrong order. what was so difficult to order? big mac and two cheeseburgers. that's it. what did they want to give me...fish fillet and pommes. very disorganized. similar to mkst business....not enough help.

Very DISSAPOINTED! The best thing about McDonalds is their consistency of their fries, well last night, they were so well done, we could not eat them. Yuck!

Had an online order was there in 10 min and ended up waiting over 25 min arguing with the manager and employees cause they couldn't find my order that had nuggets and had to go back online to show them the order. Never go here after 9 the staff are not the greatest

Sabrina was the cashier that took my order in the drive through she was so polite. She didn’t rush me to order she got my order right. It was so nice to come to McDonald’s and actually have employees be nice and caring. Sabrina had such great customer service skills. As a manager of a restaurant it is hard to get employees like her. Thank you Sabrina!
