Had a great lunch here. Everything we had was delicious and the service was really good. We sat outside on the patio in the back and loved the water fountain and the lights. We started with the seaweed salad which was very authentic and had great flavour. Our main dishes also came with a salad and we chose the peanut sauce which was really good. For the mains we had the green curry with squid and the drunken noodles... View all feedback.
What kuldeep k doesn't like about Malakor Thai Cafe:
Decent thai place. Went here with family. The food was good. We got drunken noodles, pad see eew, panang curry and red curry. We got everything with tofu. The tofu was good in the panang curry. The drunken noodles wasn't great. The service was spotty. The staff forgot that our pad see eww order was vegan and it had egg. We had to send it back and the replacement took a long time. M and Momo are the best! They really make having dinner there exciting. The female server did not provide good service. I give them five stars for all of the other times I’ve gone and had a great experience. The guy with the glasses was a great server the previous time I went. Really enjoyed the Malakor roll. Always love the decor, lights, etc.
Malakor was a wonderful discovery! The ambiance was naturally adorned with plants and foliage. It was a peaceful place to enjoy a Sunday lunch outing. It wasn’t busy and the staff was attentive and kind. I ordered the Basil Sauce from the lunch menu that came with a side salad, which I enjoyed with peanut dressing. I had the basil with fried tofu, extra vegetables, and medium spice. The serving size and spice level were perfect and the extra vegetables added were great. The basil sauce was light and filling. We also ordered a vegan gyoza and was able to share the 6 pieces evenly amongst a party of 3. The filling, texture, and accompanying sauce was one of the best I’ve tried. I look forward to coming back and enjoying other menu options. I recommend you check them out as well!
I go about twice a week and love it. Yummy Tom yum soup. , Nam sod with chicken All the curry . The owner and his friendly help make for a beautiful experience. Don't miss it go you will not be disappointed Susan
Will return. Lush. Yummy. Good service. Once in a blue moon, I go to Thai because I find their taste to be bit too sweet. Glad I went today. Exterior is lush. Many handsome plants and pretty flowers. They’ve outdoor area too. We chose inside, for no apparent reason. We’ve tried the following three dishes: spareribs: chewy, the sauce is good; the redness is normal drunken noodles I’d call it 干炒牛河 yummy Laab Kai/chicken salad: good too. We asked for #2 spicy out of 5 levels, which is just right. Singha beer is so so. The house white which is Woodbridge Chardonnay, is decent. All the veggies are crispy and fresh. The wood carvings on the bathroom doors are similar to the pieces I just ordered from Amazon, in darker color. Albright I’ve not decided what to do with them yet will figure it out, hopefully soon.
Lots of outdoor seating; the fried rice and the green curry were amazing. Loved the trees and the bamboo fence and their back patio. Good vibes and great food.
