compared to the other john smith that I went to this was subpar when it came to quality and service. but for what else in the opposite and the market for a sub I think it was better than what was available in its local opposite. View all feedback.
I tried the steak teriyaki today and was unimpressed. The quality was not up to my usual standards, although it was still edible. This meal did not meet my expectations based on previous experiences at John Smith Subs.
Been going here for years they never let me down, everything hot and fresh, food that lifts you up doesn't bring you down, once you finish your meal you are ready to take on any challenge that lies ahead!
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Completely based on the poorest customer service I have ever seen. I went in to order a couple subs, but I had been driving for a while and I really needed to use the restroom. Because there was a sign on the door and announcing the restrooms are only for customers. I get that, no problem, so as I walked in I explained I?ll be right back, I really needed to use the restroom before I place my order. The man at the counter allowed me to walk
Great food. I have been eating here for years. Tommy has always been amazing. The only job smith I will visit because they always go the extra mile and food quality is great.
Best place for an awesome sub. The Tuna Bomb is da bomb and pretty much everything on the menu. If you've never been, then you definitely need to make it a priority to try it. It is really the best sub joint I've ever been to.
