Jimmy John's - West Palm Beach

Every time we go into the Jimmy John's on Okeechobee boulevard in West Palm Beach the manager is continuously cleaning and helping people. He has a great personality and disposition and there's always very nice to everyone.

Walked in today, a man and women are inside. I say hello and the guy says nothing. I say hi again and he stares and puts 2 fingers up and says nothing. I start looking at menu and he finally speaks but is looking at the food and still no smile or anything. I tell him my order. He rings it up and says anything else. No thank u. What an unfriendly experience. 2:20pm. Desmond was the order taker. 7750 Okeechobee blvd in west palm beach fl.Get ppl who want to be more friendly and are actually polite to ur customers.

Looks like my first review is not published, so I'll just say I was super impressed today at jimmy john's on oeeechobee blvd. between them make a great sub and know that it is people in the business world that still care. I didn't know everything was good and I'm gonna give a scream for desmond williams and the great job he's doing as manager.

I went today to jimmy john’s for thunfisch sub and was so blessed by the man who took my order. . he was really what customer service should be all. it's really a deal breaker, whether people feel like they want to go back to a place or not if someone has the power to put a smile on their face. I thought he won't take long because he's too nice and polite and they won't let him down with God's praise. only to find out that he is the manager! wow. they are the man of the hour. you go far.

Taste good, but only one slice of turkey? Asked if that’s correct and they said it was normal. Disappointed!
