Contribute FeedbackJerico's, known for being a go-to spot for special occasions, unfortunately fell short during recent visits. While the fillets are usually flavorful and tender, they were unseasoned and had to be sent back this time. Despite bringing this to the attention of the hostess and server, the only response was an apology. The experience was also disappointing for another diner who was looking forward to trying the prime rib but found the portion sizes lacking and lacking in flavor. While the food quality was good overall, the service was lacking, with long wait times and minimal attentiveness. The overall consensus was that while Jerico's may have a solid menu, improvements in both food preparation and service are needed to match the high prices.
Superb!! It was my first time trying Indian with my son who is vegan and visiting from Miami.
The outside of this restaurant is shabby and unappealing with two broken benches lining the concrete walkway.
The lunch buffet at this restaurant was disappointing. They ran out of food by 12:30, just half an hour after it started. The dishes lacked flavor and overall were not satisfying.
Server was incredibly rude. I never asked if we need to refill drinks. I never asked if the food was okay. Ordered a medium-rare prime rib. It came out medium good. My husband's middle rib was much rarer than mine. Just an overall bad experience.
The food was great. We had the prawns and the chicken parm.
