Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Ordered take out and do so every week. I would appreciate the order taker listening to my full order rather than say saying anything else after every one of my phrases. This last time she didn't include the two set-ups I requested. Now imagine. I left the store and after opening everything up there was one set up and two people. The Ma Mas breakfast is always perfect. Condos to the chef. The cashier is always 100% pleasant and helpful.

Good was great, Carol is a great server from Long Island were we use to live and the hotel red roof inn is right on the other side of the hotel we stayed in so we just walked across the gate walkway

My favorite was the sirloin steak I had for dinner on Friday 09/16/2022. I like it mediocrely rare and it came perfect. Love as it is seasoned, also enjoyed the home salad, kartoffeln and brokkoli. my server was krystal and she is a joy. pictures that are appropriate to prove that it is legitimate.

After dining in the Cracker Barrel in 45th street I was much rather sufficed with the service and food I was very much pleased I would go back again if I must

We reserved our table online we didn't have to wait which was great when we got there. Our server was good. Bought us biscuits and corn bread and out drinks while we waited for the rest of our party to come. The food runner was very aggressive placing our food on the table and she managed to knock down my drink all over my food and my clothes, on my fiancé shoes. We told the server about the experience she said that she watched the whole thing but why didn't she come over and offer to help? The buss boy saw everything that happened 3-4x kept looking over but also didn't offer to help. Instead I put our napkins down on the table to get everything soaked up because there was kids running around and I didn't want them to fall. They bought back out a new food however it wasn't what I ordered. My friend never ended up getting her side dishes after reminding them 2x. They bought out the bill and I immediately got up and asked the cashier to revise the bill to at lest half because I never got to enjoy my meal being soaked in the drink that was spilled and being bought out food that wasn't even what I ordered to begin with.. Manger Rich came over and was exceptionally nice and very apologetic. He took care of the whole bill. Which I didn't mind paying for the parts I did eat but he insisted on comping the whole meal which was really nice. I wish our experience was better but sometimes you have bad days and that's ok. I'm glad it wasn't hot coffee lol. Maybe we will try again at another location.
