Brio Italian Grille West Palm Beach City Place

I enjoyed my visit. The service was good and speedy and the food was delicious

They cannot ever get reservation correct Outside requested, first they tried to seat us inside, were reluctant to honor our reservation until we insisted/reminded them to revisit our reservation. We were made to wait. Had to wait over 40 minutes for wait staff to come to table and continued slow service. All food (salads main courses) came together so hot dishes got cold. Lamb chops came RAW and had to be sent back. I had to go to the kitchen to retrieve. They were poor quality with fat and grizzle. We had a show Kravis and had allowed ample time for a leisurely dinner which this experience did not fulfill. We had been frequent BRIO diners and will not be returning any time soon.

Brio is conveniently located; I especially like that we can comfortably sit outdoors. I always order the fruit flavored ice tea. The sourdough bread is delicious!

We have our lunch of delicious appetizers they get a lot for their money so we decided to stop at the appetizers! cocktails were made to perfection the only case in the west palm beach location was the construction of a building over the road we chose to sit outside and decided it wasn't so bad! the service was spectacular! Be careful to stop in them will certainly not be disappointed my man I will go back definitiw when we return next year for vacation

The ambiance and the aesthetic of the restaurant was beautiful. It started getting louder towards the end of our visit, but that could be blamed on the fact that it was starting to reach the dinner hour. Food was decent.
