Marutama Ra-men - West Pakulonan

Place rather small, I don't expect much from Marutama but turn out I have one of the best Ramen in Indo. So I've tried their Zenbu ramen, menu paling lengkap ada tamagonya, chasiu 3 slice, seaweed, daun bawang, sama ada porknya lagi yang dalam bentuk cube gitu. Broth was beyond delicious, enak banget! Noodlenya ga mushy, texturenya enak. Telurnya juga enak, masih runny gitu yolknya dan putih telurnya udah ada rasanya. Agak lumayan sih 100k for a bowl of ramen but then tounge can't lie. Recommended deh!

If I may, I would say this is the best and the most authentic ramen dish in whole Tangerang. Definitely blew my mind. Since I only picked the halal one, I am pretty sure the porky one is way better and closer to the real japanese ramen. Can't find another creamy hot stock like this anywhere else.

Marutama ramen is one of the favorite places of gw, but if there is no ramen that gw is looking for. Here we order the curry rice and ra-mochi set. Ra-mochi set contains 1 marutama ramen 1 mochi 1 ocha.. For curry tasteny is slightly different from usually because of her meat momkai pork. As for the ramen, the aroma smells the amis (sedap shell, binds the flies) the usual taste of the aja (seany waves are very strong in taste)..
