Starbucks Witney - West Oxfordshire

The personal here is always friendly and welcoming, even if it is a busy lunch break. the drinks are always made right. however they do not expect it to be open, as it says on the app, at least once a week all the lights are on, but no one is home and the doors are locked! or no one had troubled to open. I know we're in strange times, but they might try to open up in time.

I placed an order on Uber Eats and one of the items I requested was unavailable, but the restaurant replaced it with a similar item and even included two vouchers. The service was fantastic and very kind. I would rate it 10/10.

The staff at Starbucks Witney are consistently warm, friendly, and delightful. A shoutout to Jenny and Nathan for their exceptional service today. Much gratitude to the Starbucks Witney team!

The 2 members of staff were rude and clearly couldn’t be bothered. Swearing when we walked in. Coffee wasn’t available for 10 minutes, which was fine so took a seat then shouted when it was ready when other people received table service. All tables were dirty with cups plates left on them. We had to clean and sanitise our own table. We were given wooden cutlery which was useless. There was one man flat out asleep in the back, another man playing his phone flat out to the point we had to move. Will not be returning. Shame on you Starbucks.
