I placed an order on UberEATS for a 24oz. Fresh pack of Oreo cold brew ice cream. However, I was disappointed to receive a damaged rocky road ice cream instead. I order something that my sister wanted and I wanted a mango pineapple refresher for myself and they said the didn?t have any refreshers and when I was waiting for my sisters drink another person ordered the same thing and 3 Uber orders of the same thingand I saw them making it and so I complained and then they told me to leave and to never comeback this is so rude of them and itwas hot to I got home so thirsty
I generally enjoy DD. This particular location could improve with a renovation and better service from the staff.

The night shift employees at this restaurant location were extremely rude. There was a tall male employee who lacked any customer service skills, as well as a girl with long hair and black round glasses who yelled at me for no reason. She insisted that I pay for my ice cream before looking at the baked goods, even though I already knew the policy. The attitudes of the night crew were unacceptable. It was difficult to identify them since they did not wear name tags. This location needs better employees or better management. Incident occurred on 9/7/22 at 8:45pm.
I generally enjoy this restaurant, but it would be even better if it was updated and had more competent staff. The food gets a 3 out of 5 rating.
