What Benjamin M doesn't like about Wingstop:
I have never successfully gotten an order correctly and on time here. Even ordering hours ahead on their online portal this time was no use. Missing multiple items. There are other options available so don't think i'll be giving them another chance to disappoint me. View all feedback.

Chicken fries good. Coke machine was not working,; this is the third time we’ve paid for drinks can’t drink it. Also, mens restroom had soap but no water.
I called to place an order on 12/19/22 and was told they was no longer taking call in orders due to them closing at 11. I then asked the guy on the phone what time it was to which he stated 1007, I said yea I thought you closed at 11 to which he stated we do. Apparently they don't want business. I also went up there 11/4/22 and it was a Fri night with 2 employees who was extremely busy. I then saw a customer who use to work at wingstop for 11 years when it first opened go into kitchen and help them get orders out to customers, did I say this was a customer not an employee. I then returned on Monday due to not eating there on Fri night and I spoke with a black lady who stated she was the manager and she had 6 employees that Monday during lunch. Newsflash if she was in management or is still in it, she should be fired. They have very poor management skills or they would be taking orders till at least 1045 or so and have those same 6 employees on a busy Fri night instead of a customer in the kitchen. I will say this they need to have that customer come back and show them how it's done and as far as the manager she should be terminated or possibly moved back to a dishwasher.
I came here tonight and ordered wings and my order was wrong. The person taking my order asked me 3 times what I wanted and still got it wrong. I'm disappointed. This is the 2nd time this happened and the 1st time I didn't even leave a review.
Waited 2 hours last night for 20 wings. Yes 20 wings. DO NOT order from this place or you will wait wait wait. Try it and you will just have to learn the hard way like I did. Read the reviews.
