Cashier didn't know how to apply a gift card to the order before taking cash but wanted to argue with us instead of getting a manager. When we asked for a Manager we did not receive an apology for our treatment. Unprofessional service and attitudes. An $80 dollar bill and we were treated like our patronage wasn't needed. Honestly, everyone, including the Manager, should be out of a job it was that bad. Won't be back. View all feedback.
Horrible service and over priced food. $15 for half a sandwich and cup of soup is ridiculous. The girls working the counter were unfriendly, unknowledgeable, and unhelpful to our entire Bible study group. It definitely did not go unnoticed by any of us! I asked for a piece of the Oreo cheesecake that was advertised, and I heard the girl in the back (kitchen area) tell the girl taking my order that she didn't want to thaw it out. The girl who took our order, Riley, was probably the rudest cashier I've come across in a long time. She wasn't very attentive I'm assuming this was because she was on her phone. She was mad at the world it seemed and she didn't make me feel very welcomed. I was wanting some cookies yet there were none out.
